Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Information you share with Anchor to Your Strengths (also referred to as A2YS) and/or Melinda J Brecheisen is stored indefinitely. If you have shared your Strengths via the Gallup Access App, the App has its own compliance policy. A2YS will not share your reports with anyone outside the Application without your permission.
Anything you have shared in the A2YS Facebook group, YouTube Channel comments section, or WhatsApp group is considered entering the public domain and A2YS and Melinda J Brecheisen are not responsible for any sharing of that information. Please be mindful of what you share in public domains and in groups.
Video calls via Zoom are recorded and may be used for marketing and social media purposes. By appearing on screen during a zoom call you agree to your name, likeness, and comments to be shared. When used for educational or marketing purposes, you agree to allow your name and likeness to be shared without compensation of any kind. Zoom videos are password protected and stored via Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and through A2YS devices.
Insights gained or information gathered from your coaching or reports may be used in various media outlets without your name, age, or location added so that your identity cannot be traced. By engaging with A2YS you acknowledge and accept that ideas, concepts, and information shared may be used for marketing, video content, and various other uses without compensation or acknowledgment.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
We collect personal data from our clients and website visitors in order to provide business coaching services and to improve our website. This data may include names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. We use this data to communicate with our clients and to provide the services they have requested.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after purchase as long as no assignments have been viewed or completed. If the course material has been viewed then the Refund is considered void so as to protect the integrity of intellectual property. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance, please email support@melindakbrecheisen.com for consideration.
No refunds shall be provided after 30 days. Access to courses is indefinite and does not expire.
